It's 'grammar', and most have sixth forms (year 12 and 13) so for most of them it's 18 after A-levels. However you can leave at 16 (though not for much longer, the kids in year 7 at the moment have to stay onto 17 and the year after that it will be 18, which will become the compulsory age).
