Does any one know how exactly UCAS work and how do i use it to apply for the school i want in London?

It's damn near impossible to do it by yourself. I'm assuming that you're not at some kind of sixth form college at the moment, as they would be able to help you, so the only thing I can suggest is going to talk to a nearby college and ask them to help with the application procedure. The deadline is quite soon I think (it's either Feb or March) so be quick. You'll have to make a personal statement and fill in a load of online forms about your general details, up to five unis/colleges of your choice, and all acheived and projected grades for stuff like GCSEs and A-Levels.
