I have worked in a contemporary gallery for two years in Beijing, and I want to develop my career in this file very much. So I decide to get a MA degree of art in UK to higher my level. I am not familar with UK at all and want to know which schools and subjects are right for me. I want to be at least a middle level gallery manager in Beijing in future. Now there are many galleries in Beijing including UCCA, PACE. 1 my IELTS level is 6.5. 2 my BA is International business and trade. 3 two years' working experience in a foreign gallery in Beijing. Many colleges offer the MA in Art,however there are so many different aspects to that qualification that you may need to contact all the colleges in the area you wish to live and study.Ask for a prospectus and browse through which areas of study they offer.Most colleges and universities have web sites,this should make your search a bit easier.You need to decide if you are to study the practise,or theory.

Royal college of art is the best university to go for (for art) it has the best reputation , all the top artist went there & whoever goes there usually ends up getting a job straight away or sells there art for thousands or even millions of pounds just because they have proof that they have studied there. http://www.rca.ac.uk/ other than that the universties that are undeer university of the arts london , so for art that would be wimbledon school of art , central st martins, camberwell college of art. http://www.rca.ac.uk/ ive been to wimbledon school of art and their work is amazing! but if you get into royal college of art , youve made it.
