is uk visa cancellation on uk airport same as deportation

is uk visa cancellation on uk airport same as deportation?
i was on a student dependant visa uk and was working full time at a school in uk as a teacher.the school processed for my work permit but back in my home country i was not issued visa because one of my work experiences could not be confirmed(as the institutions could not keep my record).me and my husband returned back to uk(we sill had visa for a year),my husband who was on student visa had his project work and viva remaining at the college.the immigration officer then explained us that my husband could do that back from home country as well, as he already had completed the theory and therefore cancelled our visas.its been almost two years and now my husband had applied for hsmp and got the approval.i just want to ask if there would be any problems in getting the visa stamped. thank you

Unfortunately I do not have a direct answer to your question and the only way you will get the correct one is by referring your question to either the British consulate in your home country. Below is a website for UK embassies overseas, find your country and the contact details will be there. http://www.fco.gov.uk/servlet/Front?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/ShowPage&c=Page&cid=1007029395231 Alternitively you may want to contact the Home Office as they also will be able to better advise you. http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/

What do you think of the new law in UK......? About compulsory boxing in school

What do you think of the new law in UK......? About compulsory boxing in school?
I think it's a great idea. It keeps us fit as well I go to high school in Australia and we hardly get exercise and skills for self-defense.... no wonder our country has a high population of obese people. So question is "Do you think all ( most) countries should have the same thing going ?

I go to a school in the uk and there is no compulsory boxing.
2 :
While Australia is unfortunately a very obese nation, introducing a compulsory boxing program is going a bit too far. Boxing can be a dangerous 'sport' and It may be the battleground for a full out war between a bully and somebody they hate. And not everyone is able to box, it could be againest somebodys ethics for example........... But i do agree that Australia needs to do something about the obese problem. At my school, there is NO Physical Education program at all... and it SUCKS! (sometimes) I miss it at my old school where it had a PE program.... =/
3 :
Theres no compulsory boxing in my high school, and mine is a joint sports college aswell.
4 :
Excellent idea, boxing is a very disciplined artform, and it will not hurt to teach kids how to look after themselves!!!!
5 :
I don't think it's a good idea. I think mandatory fitness classes are fantastic, but not a violent sport like boxing. Getting hit in the face should be a risk you choose to take, not one that is forced on you. Otherwise it will just be used as a chance to bully/beat up on the nerdy kids without getting in trouble with the school.

Is a teenager posing as a student at another school for the day illegal in the UK

Is a teenager posing as a student at another school for the day illegal in the UK?
My friend who is the same age as I am goes back to school a later than I do. He is planning to pose as a student at my school on my day back, wearing some of my school uniform. Could he be prosecuted for this?

Yes impersonating another is a serious crime. There is a crackdown on fraud at the moment as well which makes it even riskier.
